There are many fine timing Apps available in the App Store. However, many of them are overly complicated. Interval Buddys goal is simplicity and ease of use. Interval Buddy is for those interested in a straightforward timer for Tabata or similar exercises. I wrote this for my ballerina daughter, Crystal, but give it freely to the world. To use simply enter the number of seconds you want to workout and the number of seconds you want to rest. Now enter either the number of cycles or the total time; the other value will be calculated. Press "START" when you are ready.
